Terms

The terms of using Kindly.

Last updated 15 September 2026

What Kindly AI is, what it costs today, what you may do with the free kits, what stays yours, and what we do not promise. In plain words, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

What this is

What Kindly AI gives you.

Kindly AI gives you practical marketing resources, and a place to keep the facts about your business so the AI you already pay for can work from them. These terms cover this website and what you can do with it. Using the site means you accept them.

You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and you should be using Kindly for a business you are entitled to act for.

Still being built

This is in development.

Three free starter kits work today. Home, the companion and the connected journey are still being built. Features will change, and some will be removed. If we change something you rely on, we will say so on the site.

What it costs

What you pay today.

The free starter kits cost nothing and open with your email address. A Kindly account costs nothing. Home and the journey being built around it are not for sale, and no price for them has been announced.

Kindly also keeps an older membership for its original skill collection. It is not open for purchase today. If it opens again, what it includes and what it costs are shown on the membership page before you buy, it is billed every month through Stripe, and you can cancel it yourself from the billing portal.

The free kits

What you may do with a kit.

The files inside a kit are released under the MIT license, and the license text travels inside every download. That license governs the copy you have: you may use it, change it and share it, including in your own work, as long as the copyright notice and the license text stay with it.

Your account

What you write stays yours.

The facts you write about your business are your business’s facts, not ours. We do not sell them and we do not share them with advertisers. No other Kindly customer can see them.

You are responsible for what you put in. Do not put in passwords, payment card numbers, or private records belonging to your own customers. You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to remove your account.

The AI guide

The guide can be wrong.

Parts of the setup can be run by an AI guide, and it is switched off by default. Three things to be clear about.

Acceptable use

What not to do here.

Please do not:

What we do not promise

The honest limits.

We built Kindly to be useful and we mean it to work. We still cannot promise these things, and the service is provided as it is.

Changes

When these terms change.

If we change these terms we change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we say so on the site. If you keep using Kindly after that, you accept the change. If you would rather not, you can stop using Kindly and ask us to remove your account.
