Privacy
What we do with your information.
Last updated 3 November 2026
We collect what you give us and the ordinary technical records any website keeps. We do not sell it, and there is no advertising tracker on this site. This page says what we hold, who else sees it, and how to get it back.
What we collect
What we collect, and when.
We collect information at the moments listed here. Each one says what it is for.
- When you visit the site. Our hosting provider keeps the ordinary technical records any website keeps: the address your browser connects from, the kind of browser and device, which page you asked for, when, and whether it worked. We use those to serve the site and to find faults. There is no advertising tracker and no analytics tracker on this site.
- When you open a free kit. The kits cost nothing. To open one we ask for your email address. Your name and your business name are optional, and you do not need an account. Your details go to Kindly’s contact system, GoHighLevel, along with which kit you opened and any campaign tags your browser is carrying, so we know which link brought you here and can send you Kindly AI updates. If the contact cannot be saved, the kit stays locked and asks you to try again.
- When you sign in. Google is the only way to sign in to Kindly today. Google tells us the email address and the display name on your Google account, and we keep that as your Kindly account. We never see your Google password, and we do not read your Gmail, your Drive or anything else in your Google account.
- When you fill in your business details while signed in. If you set up a skill, or fill in your Kindly profile, what you type is saved to your Kindly account so a skill can work from it: your business name, your offer, who you serve, how you sound, the proof you are allowed to use, and the boundaries you want respected. You choose what goes in, you can change it, and you can ask us to remove it.
- When you use the optional AI guide. Parts of Kindly can be run by an AI guide, and it is switched off by default. When it is on and you send an answer, we send that AI your message, the earlier messages in the same conversation, and the business details already saved, so it can ask a sensible next question. We do not add your account email address or your name to that request.
- When you ask to hear when Kindly AI opens. While the full product is being built, the home page carries a form for launch updates, and it asks for your email address and nothing else. It goes to Kindly’s contact system, GoHighLevel, with any campaign tags your browser is carrying, so we can tell you when Kindly AI opens and know which link brought you here. It does not create an account, it is not a purchase, and you can ask us to remove you at any time using the address below.
Who else handles it
The companies that help us run Kindly.
Each one gets only what it needs for the job named here. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- Supabase stores your Kindly account, keeps you signed in, and holds the business details and skill setup answers you save while signed in. It is also where your business knowledge will live when Home opens.
- Google is used only to sign you in, and only to tell us your email address and your display name.
- Anthropic receives your conversation with the AI guide, and only when that optional guide is switched on and you send it an answer.
- GoHighLevel, our contact system, receives the email address, and any name and business name, that you give us to open a free kit, with the tags that record which kit and which link. It also receives the email address you give us to hear when Kindly AI opens, with the same campaign tags.
- Vercel, our hosting provider, receives the ordinary technical records of your visit, because it serves this website.
- Stripe would take the payment if the older membership opened for purchase again. Nothing on this site is for sale today, so Stripe receives nothing from you.
Payment
Nothing here is for sale today.
The free kits cost nothing, a Kindly account costs nothing, and the older membership is not open for purchase. There is no payment to make and no card to give.
If that membership opens again, Stripe takes the payment. Stripe would receive your email address, the display name on your account, and your card details, and your card number would never reach us. Your Kindly account would keep a reference to your Stripe customer record, so the billing portal can find it. We will say so on this page, and change the date at the top, before that happens.
How long we keep it
How long it stays.
Your account stays while your account exists. Your contact record stays in our contact system until you ask us to remove it, and you can ask at any time using the address below.
We have not set a fixed deletion schedule for every record yet. Where that is true we would rather say so than name a period we do not keep.
Cookies
What your browser stores.
We use as few as we can. There is no advertising tracker and no analytics tracker on this site, and nothing stored here follows you to another website.
- A sign-in cookie, which keeps you signed in until you sign out or it expires.
- A free-kit unlock cookie, which keeps a kit open on this browser after you give us your email. It holds a random reference and the date it was issued, and it lasts about a year. It does not hold your email address, your name or your business name.
- Campaign tags, kept in your browser’s own storage. They record the first link that brought you here, including the click identifier an advertising platform adds to its own links, so we can tell which campaign worked. The first one is kept even if you come back later, and they reach us only if you go on to submit a form.
- Your answers while you customize a free kit, kept in your browser’s own storage for the tab you are using. They stay in that tab unless you download a customized kit: then the answers you checked travel to us only to build that file, and we never store them.
- Clearing this site’s cookies and storage removes all of these. You may need to sign in or open a kit again. It does not delete the contact already saved in our contact system.
What you can ask for
Your information, on request.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details below and we will answer.
You can ask us to stop sending you Kindly updates, and we will stop. You can sign out of your account whenever you want, and you can ask us to remove the account itself.
Not open yet
Home is still in development.
Home, the place your business knowledge will live, is being built and is switched off. You cannot put anything into it yet. Before it opens, this page will say what it keeps and for how long.
Changes
When this page changes.
If we change what we collect or who else handles it, we change this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
Contact
How to reach us.
To ask for a copy of what we hold, to ask us to delete it, or to ask anything about this page, write to support@kindly-ai.com. It reaches Kindly Creative LLC, the company that publishes Kindly AI. Tell us the email address you used here, so we can find your records.
You can also read the terms of use.
Your next step
Start with a free kit.
Each kit page says what opens it today, and this page explains where any email you give goes.
Free with your email. No account, no card.
